Applying for my Master of Business Administration course at the University of Melbourne saw me needing to collate a lot of information about myself and my study ambitions. I was up against a strong field of applicants (and only one third of applicants are successful), but my application was thankfully successful. This success was, in part, due to Susan’s involvement. She edited my entire application, and significantly improved the readability and flow, all whilst retaining my personal tone of voice. These enhancements definitely made a difference. Susan was also able to turn everything around quickly, ensuring that I met the submission deadline. I learnt from her during the process, applied those learnings during my studies and successfully completed my masters.
