We appointed Susan to write our 2019 and 2020 award submissions for the Australian Defence Industry Awards. She helped to make our applications stand out, having taken time to understand the judges’ requirements and the achievements we wanted to share. She even drafted letters of support for our clients, which were signed off. Consequently, Versalux Marine was awarded the 2019 Sub-contractor of the Year Award, and in 2020 came runner-up that same category, as well as in the SME of the Year Award category. We are grateful to Susan for her extra efforts on this task, and for identifying the unique angles that aided our success.
