Susan was an extremely professional and dedicated Communications Manager for the CRC for Alertness, Safety and Productivity. The final stage activities of this consortium in 2020 brought with it an increased need for public relations and media activity to celebrate its achievements and to establish its legacy. Susan did an amazing job managing the legacy materials and wind-up events, expertly coordinating external public relations consultants, and assisting with writing and editing much of the media content. Susan also developed and ran a strong campaign around the CRC’s WorkAlert® initiative, helping to drive an increase in site traffic by 414.7%.
